Man, time flies by quickly these days...Maybe I'm just getting old. ._. Anywhoo, typed in this thing since the beginning of the year, thought I'd give a status update. ...... Still haven't found a job yet. ;_; lol, it's not all bad, though. Gives me time to improve my work. Got to meet Stephen Silver (character designer for Kim Possible, Danny Phantom)! Gave me some really great advice, which I've now started to implement in my drawings. Other than that, just been sending out the resume to various animation and game studios, see what comes up. I'm sure an opportunity will pop up soon, just can't give up hope! :D So......what else.......O

Happy New Year everybody!! :D Wonder what this year will bring? I finally graduated from CSUN, now it's a matter of looking for a job.... something tells me it's gonna be far from an easy thing...but who knows? Maybe I"ll get lucky and catch a break! :D Only time will tell. If anything I could apply for an internship through community college. In the meantime I'ma try to strengthen and improve my portfolio, try to finish my animated project I haven't touched since Spring ^_^;;, develop a new idea I started in Fall some more, continue getting in shape, game my heart out, and overall just enjoy the end of my academic responsibilities for a bit

lol been a while since I've done one of these. Last one was well over a year ago! Anywhoo, just gettin' by in life. Last year of college (sorta), been taking lots of art and animation classes, making new friends, applying for internships, etc. Good stuff! I'm gonna miss college. So yeah, almost done with this Fall semester. Just one final on Tuesday and that's it. Winter is MINE. <3 Gonna game to my heart's content, and spend some much needed time with my friends. This has been one hectic semester. ;_; Oh, and I got an studio internship interview on Monday. I'll say where at if I make it in. Laters! Matt
